complaint against policy bazaar

I received a telephone call from Mr Vivek kumar Garg from policy bazaar stating his ID as PW02182 and got my details for my car policy renewal and he asked me to pay Rs 5272. I had paid the amount but message received as transcontin failed however my account is debited. After that they are giving me false commitment you will receive the policy within 24 to 48 hours. But I never received any receipt for payment .

 

I observed and suspicted that policybazaar website is fraudulent websites. I request kindly advise can we do something against such frauds and can I get my money returned back please help me and guide.
