Fraud Axis Bank Credit Card Transaction

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was called on my mobile no. +919891576616 by a lady on 21-12-2016. She told told me she is from Axis Bank and she is providing me some benefits as I was an old and loyal customer of Axis Bank credit card, She told me benefits as below which I would receive in about 15 days at my home address:

1.Holiday voucher (2 Night and 3 daysfor 2 Adults and two kids below 5 years). Confirm booking with DD. of Rs. 499.

2. One food cash back voucher worth Rs. 2000 (complimentary with holiday voucher).

3. One travel cash back voucher worth Rs. 1000 ( Complimentary with holiday voucher)

4. One health check up voucher ( 25 Parameter Tests) with waived off DD of Rs 199.

5. One Lotto shoes as a complimentary gift.

6.Trans Deals Card ( Given discounts vary from 5 to 30% ) Privileges in India in more than 1500 Bands and outlets).

I was charged for Rs. 8499 on my credit card. She told me of this in the end and forced me to pay. I was not interested at all in taking this benefit.

When I got text message of Rs 8499 spent on my CC, I was shocked. I immediately blocked my card to escape further fraud by calling on toll free no. 
A fraudulent payment has been made with my credit card (Card no: xxxxxxxxxxxx9794), Axis Bank.

 

I am disputing this transaction that was charged fraudulently to my account.

Please remove this charge from my account as this is a fraudulent payment that has been caused by someone appearing to be an employee of Axis Bank.
Please take appropriate action against this company disguising its employees as employees of Axis Bank and fraudulently taking people's hard earned money. It is purely a theft and unauthorized transaction. I am the victim of this identity theft. As can be seen, the merchant appeared as Elevation Soft Tech.
You are requested to kindly register a complaint and give me a complaint ID for this act of fraud and financial loss caused to me, so that I can provide it to the credit card department as per their dispute resolution guide line.
